Next, get in contact with one of our associates to schedule a meeting with our general contractor on-site to go over the scope of work desired. We can provide different design options. We are also happy to work with the designer of your choosing or even your own design.

We would then provide you with a free, detailed quote for the work you’d like to accomplish.

Once you’ve accepted the quote, we would then help guide you through the process of applying for any applicable permits and provide you with a detailed contract. This outlines the work that will be done, timeing of the work, stages of work to be completed, payment schedules and the responsabilities of both us and the owners. This ensures there is no misunderstanding and holds each party accountable, a safegaurd for both the owners and contractors. Whether you choose to have your work done through us, or through someone else, we highly recommend having a contract!

We come fully licensed and insured, and we require all sub trades involved to be as well.

We are WSIB covered as well. This protects both us and you as the owner!

All of our work comes with a one-year warrenty from the date of total completion.
